Where do your products ship from?

We work with trusted fulfillment partners including CJDropshipping.

This allows us to offer unique products at affordable prices โ€” but also means shipping times may vary.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 2โ€“5 business days

Delivery time varies by location:

  • U.S., U.K., Europe, Canada, Australia: 7โ€“20 business days

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship from different warehouses.

If this happens, each package will have its own tracking number โ€” no extra cost to you.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Photos or video of the issue
  3. A photo of the shipping label (if applicable)
  4. We will replace or refund the item โ€” no return required.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Because we work with dropshipping fulfillment, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors.

However, we always help if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is incorrect
  • The product does not match the description

Are there customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs fees may apply.

These are set by local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What now?

Please contact us ASAP.

If the order has not shipped, we will correct the address.

If it has already shipped, we are unable to change the address, and we cannot issue a refund for delivered items.
